Collapse capacity estimation in parallel

This repository contains OpenSees scripts to efficiently estimate the collapse capacity of a structure using multiple processors. Either incremental dynamic analysis (IDA) or multiple stripe analysis (MSA) can be conducted using the robust and efficient central difference time integration scheme. Additional features include:

• Automatic creation of a two-dimensional, concentrated plastic hinge model of a steel moment frame building, given an input file containing frame dimensions, story loads, member dimensions and cross-section properties, etc.
• Ability to run a nonlinear, static pushover analysis
